We are delighted to be launching a new programme for Start-up businesses in the New Year. The mini 'Boot Camp'-style series is designed to help smaller companies engage with larger companies in the manufacturing sector and will be delivered jointly with Tullibardine Consulting, one our delivery partners.
So what makes this programme different?
The series of workshops will be delivered by an experienced and knowledgeable practitioner, Lance Pearson of Tullibardine Consulting, who is a valuable addition to CeeD's strong community of practice. Lance has already delivered over 50 workshops for the Scottish Enterprise Network over the past two years. What's more, the programme is available free-of-charge!
Not only will this series provide a focused stream of practical tips and takeaways to improve and accelerate business growth, it will also reach out to a wider community of support activities - such as focus groups and direct knowledge of market demands and advice/mentoring exchange.
The aim of this initiative is to help early stage companies operating within the manufacturing and engineering sector engage with more established manufacturing enterprises. You can register for the full programme or just one or two modules.
When does it start?
The programme will commence on Thursday 4th February and run through to March 2021. The workshops will cover:

- 14 Feb - Forecasting wins and monthly revenues
- 4 Mar - Market Segmentation - how will that help my company?
- 18 Mar - Selling Internationally
- Session #5 - TBC
