C2 specialises in workplace design. Our name derives from the hallmarks of our work: considered and creative. Established in 2003, we have studios in Glasgow and London, and we work throughout the UK and beyond.

Our diverse client list includes businesses of all scales working in many sectors – technology, finance, professional services and transport, as well as consumer goods and services. They range from start-ups to household names such as Aviva, Barclays, Heineken and HomeServe.

We work with our clients to devise innovative workplace strategies and to design creative, productive offices, headquarters buildings and contact centres that reinforce their brands. Projects range in size from just a few hundred square feet to over 500,000sq ft.

As well as end users and fit out contractors, our clients include landlords, developers and commercial property agents. Using our detailed understanding of occupiers’ requirements, we design category A refurbishments and concept space plans that enhance the lettability and value of office buildings of all sizes.

C2’s team of talented interior designers and architects offer a wealth of creativity, technical expertise and commercial acumen. We are people people, and enjoy collaborative, long-term working relationships with our clients, design team colleagues and contractors.

An unusual – perhaps unique – feature of our business is that we do not pigeonhole our designers. Each team member is trained to carry out every aspect of a project from concept design and space planning to detailed design, specification writing and site supervision. We believe our holistic approach creates better results for our clients as well as making our business more agile.

This agility is enhanced by a robust platform of shared systems, which allows our two offices to work as one virtual studio. The seamlessness of our operations means that clients are sometimes surprised to learn that our team is working in more than one location.
