Attract, Engage, Retain is an exciting networking and knowledge sharing event and part of our AyrSHARE series that will explore best practice in relation to recruitment marketing.
We are delighted to be joined by some fantastic partners including Karen Stewart, Director Engineering & Manufacturing, Nine Twenty Recruitment and Nikki Slowey, Director and Co-Founder, Flexibility Works who will share their insight and experience in the development of successful recruitment campaigns and engagement strategies. Also joining the session is Laura Neill, Senior Manager at North Ayrshire Council for Employability and Skills who will share local insight to employability opportunities available within the region and also James Scott, CEO of Thrive.app a secure and engaging mobile employee app to connect your employees and transform your business by reimagining your internal communication strategy.
The session will be lead and facilitated by Peter Craven, Creative Director BlueSky Video Marketing and focus on building your employer brand to attract the brightest talent, build an engaged team and enhance employee retention. Peter will demonstrate how to use video in recruitment marketing plus moderate an interactive panel session and Q&A discussion with Karen, Nikki and Laura.
