Marketing Executive

Job Summary

CeeD is a forward-thinking organisation that is looking to invest in the next generation of talent.  The Marketing Executive role will be for an initial 12 month period to support the CeeD marketing function with specific elements relating to events and marekting across CeeD social media channels, as well as supporting and producing marketing collateral.

There will be some additional administrative duties within the role, supporting finance and CRM data management. It is also expected that the individual will take a central role in supporting the CeeD Annual Industry awards which are planned again for Q1 2023.

Detailed Job Description

We are looking for a marketing or business-focused individual to support CeeD with our marketing activities. 

This will include support with event management including creating content and imagery for the CeeD website and social media channels, assisting with virtual and in-person event organisation and management, including all aspects of event registration and follow-up activities, and video editing.
 
Additional marketing activities include the day-to-day management of CeeD’s social media platforms, developing content, scheduling, posting and analysis, updating CeeD’s websites, creating digital flyers and supporting the CeeD team with additional marketing activities.
 
A further aspect of the role is to support the management of CeeD’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This will involve some re-organisation of our CRM system which will involve some data entry activities to update and segment CRM data to support e-marketing activity and event management, as well as helping to streamline our social media content distribution.  
 
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who has a marketing or business-related degree, ideally with some previous experience and skills in the above areas. The candidate should be very well organised, proficient in Office 365 including Excel with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
