Any process changes achieved are often short lived and there is an expectation that these changes won't be fully supported, with a consequential migration back to previous practices. The breakfast event will help you to identify opportunities for improvement in your approach to change and increase the likelihood of securing sustainable change going forward. People managers who are keen to secure a higher level of ownership and management from their staff and who wish to clearly understand and better appreciate their own respective roles in the change process.
The event has been times to ensure minimum time away from the workplace. Registration will be open from 7am with breakfast rolls, fruit, pasties and refreshments. The formal session will start promptly at 7.30am and finish at 9.30am. There will be lots of opportunity to ask questions and network.
