Change in business, whether driven by internal or external influences is a fact of life.  In order to stay competitive, businesses must continually adapt to bring about improvement in efficiency, increased productivity and greater profitability.

"Outstanding leaders go out of their way to boost the self esteem of their personnel.  If people believe in themselves, it;s amazing what they can accomplish" - Sam Walton, founder of WalMart.

Think ahead to where your business needs to be in one, three or five years' time.  What do you need to do to get there?  How do you identify the changed that will benefit your business, and more crucially, how do you take your most vital asset - your people, with you as you implement change?

Why should you attend?

The rate of change in your business is slower than anticipated and the appetite for change isn't quite what it should be.  Any process changes achieved are often short lived and there is an expectation that these changes won't be fully supported, with a consequential migration back to previous practices.  The breakfast event will help you to identify opportunities for improvement in your approach to change and increase the likelihood of securing sustainable change going forward.  It's a fantastic opportunity to find out how you and your workforce can work together in the best benefits of the business.

Who should attend?

People managers who are keen to secure a higher level of ownership and management from their staff and who wish to clearly understand and better appreciate their own respective roles in the change process.

The event has been times to ensure minimum time away from the workplace.  Registration will be open from 7am with breakfast rolls, fruit, pasties and refreshments.  The formal session will start promptly at 7.30am and finish at 9.30am.  There will be lots of opportunity to ask questions and network.
