Alan Mackie, Director, Sandler Training, will present “Selling when you are uncomfortable in the role”

Many people believe that, at some level, selling is dishonest or perhaps manipulative.  It often appears that sellers have to have the gift of the gab or thick skin or very low moral standing.

So, not surprisingly, many people won’t or can’t sell or at best are really uncomfortable doing so.

Selling doesn’t need to be like this, in fact absolutely shouldn’t.

In this talk, Alan will provide a different perspective on selling.  One where traditional selling should never be happening and the focus is on finding out why your product is NOT a good “fit” or choice for the prospective client.

While it sounds back-to-front, it is far more effective and congruent with the values we all respect; trust and sincerity.

It also should take away any discomfort you or your team has finding new clients or customers.  Perfect for those reluctant Senior Directors or perhaps Professional Services staff who find they “have to sell”.

Registration closes on 15th September 2014.
