Steve McCreadie has a distinctive combination of operational management and business development experience aligned to a Masters in Leadership. His track record includes leading award winning services, delivering many innovation and change projects and being a finalist in the IoD Director of the Year Awards.
While Executive Director in a large organisation, he was frustrated by the difficulties of turning ideas in to action. So he created The Lens, a unique programme that engages third, public and private sector partners to develop intrapreneurship and new opportunities. Steve has led the spin out of the Lens in to a new charity that is now working across Scotland, demonstrating Intrapreneurship in action.
