Digital innovation: Creating breakthrough products

With the global digital market expected to be worth as much as the entire UK economy by 2020 (Gov.uk) the opportunities for innovation are surplus. Yet, time after time so many products struggle to breakthrough markets, keep customers happy and build profitable businesses.  



With the possibilities of building anything and everything, how do you stay focussed on developing a product that creates the most value and has a crystal clear message to the market? This event is intended to cut-through the industry buzzwords and open up the necessary conversations and questions for marketers today. 



Our speaker Jamie Sunderland is the Strategy Director of NEU, a digital innovation studio based in Glasgow. NEU are currently working with PingGowhich has been recently funded by Innovate UK. The PingGo product helps start-ups and small businesses get better access PR. Previously Jamie has worked with clients including Barclaycard, Alex Begg & Co and has independently launched a sessions iPhone app. 



Following the presentation, a CIM panel will host discussions on the challenges and opportunities in creating breakthrough digital products. The panel will include the founder of PingGo, Sarah Lee, who is also the Director of Hot Tin Roof, an independent PR agency based in Edinburgh.
