The Scottish Manufacturing Advisory Service i is delighted to invite you to our workshop focused on Business Model Innovation at Hilton Hotel, Bellshill, ML4 3JQ on Tuesday 24th March at 9.30am, finishing at 4.30pm.  The workshop will be delivered by Innova Innovation.

Purpose

This practical workshop will introduce you to business model innovation - a structured approach to developing new ways of doing business.  The workshop will introduce examples of innovative business models then lead you through a practical example of mapping your own business model ti identify opportunities for development and augmentation.  Key elements of the workshop will include:

  • Introduction and benefits of business modeling for manufacturers
  • Mapping the current business model
  • SWOT analysis
  • Who is the customer?
  • What is the value proposition?
  • Complete new business model

This workshop will be interactive and informative, providing you with an opportunity to try out new innovation approaches which can then be transferred back into your business.  There will also be time to network and understand innovation approaches across a range of sectors.
