LeadHERship 17th - 18th November

The LeadHERship Retreat, held on 17–18 November 2025 at the University of Glasgow, is a transformative two-day executive programme designed to empower women in leadership. Created by the Adam Smith Business School and the School of Law, it supports women to lead with authenticity, confidence, and purpose.

The retreat includes expert-led sessions on enlightened leadership, strategic thinking, resilience, governance, and mental wellbeing, alongside networking opportunities and peer mentoring. Participants will benefit from a strengths-based leadership assessment, all-inclusive meals, and overnight accommodation in Glasgow’s vibrant West End.

The programme is tailored for both aspiring and established leaders, offering a space to reflect, reimagine goals, and build executive presence. Key speakers include thought leaders such as Irene-marié Esser, Kat Riach, Kezia Dugdale, and Helen MacNamara, who bring expertise in governance, gender equality, and public policy.

The retreat also features interactive sessions, panel discussions, and a networking dinner at The Bothy.

Priced at £1,850 (VAT included), the retreat promises a rich, immersive experience in one of the world’s friendliest cities. It’s an opportunity for women to invest in themselves, connect with a supportive community, and step confidently into the next stage of their leadership journey.
