Scottish Enterprise have announced a recent support fund for companies to maximise return on capital investment and supports projects that transform practices, skills and leadership capabilities within the workplace. Its purpose is to increase and accelerate the returns and impact of the company’s investment.
The Workplace Transformation Support fund can help companies maximise the impact of their capital investment project.
It supports projects that transform practices, skills and leadership capabilities within the workplace. Its purpose is to increase and accelerate the returns and impact of the company’s investment.

Sectors of the future are identified as:
- Clean energy
- Professional, scientific, and technical services
- Information and communications
- Manufacturing
Eligibility
To qualify for support, your project must:
- Be linked to a capital investment project worth at least £200,000. This must have taken place in the previous 12 months or is being considered for the next 12 months.
- Operate in a key industry. These include professional, scientific, and technical services, manufacturing, information and communications, or clean energy.
- Operate within the area served by Scottish Enterprise (Aberdeen City and Shire, the east of Scotland, Tayside, and the west of Scotland)
- Have more than 10 employees (unless it focuses on an area that does not require more than that)
Funding will not be offered if your company is already committed to the project which it is seeking to use the Workplace Transformation Support for, or where we believe that the project would proceed without support from the fund.
Projects must be complete by 31 March 2025.
