CeeD are excited to be launching a new pilot programme for our member companies, in partnership with Skills Development Scotland (SDS). The Mentoring Mix-up programme will support engineering and manufacturing companies to both retain and help employees develop and grow.
Places are limited in the pilot phase. Each company will be asked to put forward one mentor and two mentees. Each mentor will then mentor two mentees from different organisations to their own.
This is a really exciting opportunity for rising stars to learn from senior industry leaders, as well as a great opportunity for senior executives to share their knowledge and experience to help build the leaders of the future.
The programme will kick-off in August 2021.
