The University of Strathclyde is pleased to announce that their Department of Design, Manufacturing and Engineering Management (DMEM) is now accepting proposals for its 2026–27 Industrial Projects Scheme.
For over 20 years, the Department of Design, Manufacturing and Engineering Management (DMEM)’s flagship Industrial Group Projects (IGP) have connected senior undergraduate students with public- and industry partners to tackle real-world design and manufacturing challenges. Past projects have explored themes including health & wellbeing, net zero, resilience, and novel engineering solutions.

The deadline for submission of your project brief is the 31st August 2026, for projects launching in October 2026 and ending May 2027.
