The Green Heat Hub Grand Challenge has launched!
This is going to be an open application process for consortia to come forward with a project proposal for a Green Heat Hub, aimed at positioning Scotland as the leading location in Europe for green heat manufacturing.
It will look to build on existing company capability, particularly in leading demonstrator projects and capitalising on academic strengths.
The Grand Challenge will:

Enable and facilitate industry, academic and third sector collaborations to drive industry leadership on the Green Heat transition

Develop an ambitious, robust, project proposals focused on the implementation and operational delivery of a Green Heat Hub in Scotland.
Key objectives of the Green Heat Hub Grand Challenge include developing a centre for collaboration for companies and customers alike, acting as a window of green heat solutions of the future, anchor companies in Scotland through support for their growth ambitions and provide a focal point for inward investors, and driving industry leadership.
