Flexibility Works has produced a report which looks specifically at Scottish parents’ experiences of working flexibly and their efforts to find flexible jobs, and is intended to support policymakers, employability providers, charities and anyone involved in parental employment, especially as a means to reduce child poverty.
This is a sister paper to their annual Flex for Life research report, which looks at flexible working for all Scottish workers and unemployed adults looking for work, not just parents. Their wider report also analyses data from Scottish employers.
If you’re interested in flexible working more generally, you may prefer their main Flex for Life report.
