Award winners - CeeD Industry Awards 2023

We are delighted to announce the winners of the CeeD Annual Industry Awards 2023, in association with our Platinum sponsor, Volvo Rokbak. Thanks also to to all our award sponsors who all help to make this event possible.

Our guest speaker was Ivan Mckee MSP, Minister for Business, Trade, Tourism & Enterprise who also presented the Internationalisation award. Thanks also to our host, presenter and broadcaster, Shereen Nanjiani.

The competition was very high across all categories and we'd like to thank all those who entered. 

Close to 600 people came together at the Glasgow Hilton on 2nd March 2023 to recognise and celebrate the achievements of some of the best established and rising star organisations and individuals in Scotland.

WINNER: Advanced Clothing Systems

Their Scale of the Problem’ campaign has educated the public on the issue of fashion returns while making ACS synonymous with the global circular fashion process.

Best Practice Sharing Award - sponsored by University of the West of Scotland

WINNER: Woodward Aircraft Engine Systems

The Woodward Prestwick site has a history of hosting visitors and sharing best practice, including participation in a number of Q&A panels and hosting an on-site best practice sharing event.

Skills Development Award - sponsored by Skills Development Scotland

A new Psychological Safety programme nurtures an inclusive, supportive and safe environment for employees to work and grow, ensuring a people-focused culture that stays at the heart of what Calnex do.

An industrial scale digital transformation project, demonstrating how open and proactive collaboration and knowledge sharing between academia, industry, and subject matter experts has been pivotal to the success of a leading Industry 4.0 project.

Aggreko security sought out an opportunity to improve its defensive cyber capability, yielding far greater outcomes than initially expected. By equipping their colleagues with confidence and skills, through engaging and strenuous training, they have become a far more resilient and innovative company.
