Coherent Scotland develops and manufactures laser systems from its bespoke facility on the West of Scotland Science Park in Glasgow. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Coherent Corp (NYSE:COHR) who are a global leader in the supply of photonics across the world.
From a spin out company in 1999 from the University of Strathclyde we have grown to over 200 people across engineering and production, and excel in ultrashort pulse laser technologies and advanced manufacturing.
Our lasers are used in critical applications in life sciences, medical and precision manufacturing fields.
