Session Overview

You can’t plan for everything, but you can plan for anything. In this workshop we will define Business Resilience and look at how the business continuity planning process can help build it, without becoming a cottage industry. We will explore Tolerance for Disruption a critical step in understanding your resilience as an organisation and then look the challenges of dealing with disruption when unprepared.
