1. Inclusive Innovation

Inclusive innovation is about creating products that have appeal to the widest possible market (without the need for specialised design or adaptation). Using a case-study based approach workshop will guide help you get to grips with the opportunity and challenges. You'll be provided with an armory of tools and techniques to help you to put inclusive innovation into practice, leaving with some tangible and actionable ideas to improve your product offering. 

2. Innovation Management 

Physical product innovation is often the default when engineers think about innovation. Our brains default to widgets and gadgets. However, this can often be the most difficult to implement and the easiest for others to copy. Additionally, once your business is in operational mode, the competing tensions between day-to-day delivery (getting products out the door) and innovation (staying ahead of the curve) can be a challenge to manage. In fact, 90% of business admit that innovation causes them major problems.

This workshop will help you think about how to innovate across a range of dimensions. It addition to thinking about the wider strategic opportunities, it will provide you with some tools and techniques for the "how" part of innovation: ways to improve your internal processes and build a culture in which innovation thrives.
