'AyrSHARE' - An Ayrshire Business Networking Opportunity

CeeD sponsoring member and local Ayrshire business, Booth Welsh, have kindly agreed to host a site visit and networking opportunity which aims to engage and bring together Ayrshire businesses and support organisations for community wealth building. Booth Welsh was founded in 1989 and is an established and aspiring company based in Irvine. Recognised as a leader in its field delivering a range of innovative engineering and digital technologies, Booth Welsh is continuously developing capability to focus on the evolving needs of its various sectors with a strong focus today on sustainability and a planet positive culture. They are multiple award winners over many years for their work and how they deliver, regularly opening their doors and sharing their knowledge and experiences for others to learn from.  In collaboration with North Ayrshire Council, University of Strathclyde, NMIS, and CPI, Booth Welsh will also host the new DPMC (Digital Process Manufacturing Centre), an exciting new development for Ayrshire businesses and beyond to accelerate their digital and Net Zero strategies. 

As a business working in or supporting Ayrshire this is your opportunity to hear what Booth Welsh do, how they do it and to also meet other organisations creating and developing peer to peer relationships and future b2b support networks. You will also hear about business growth and support opportunities from our partners at North, South and East Ayrshire Councils and more about the CeeD organisation and the opportunities available, including the Advancing Manufacturing Cluster Builder programme and the associated projects aligned to this where the support is all free at source for applicable SME businesses.

09:30 - 10:00 - Arrival, registration and tea/coffee

10:00 - Welcome and introductions, then more on CeeD and the Ayrshire councils business support opportunities

11:00 - Learn what Booth Welsh do, how they do it and to see their facilities and work in action

12:00 - 13:00 - Light lunch and the opportunity to network
