Internal and External Communication in the ‘New Normal’ – Duration 2 hours (15 minutes discussion beginning and end, 90 minutes coaching)
Internal and external communications in business have changed dramatically since March 2020. The way that we respond to those communication expectations have change dramatically, too. Amazing advances in how we use technology have been seen in a noticeably short space of time.
So, what does internal and external communication look like for organisations in the ‘New Normal’? Is this an opportunity to reset our approach and thinking?
As members of the G5.0 programme, by attending this course, together we will explore the skills required for developing ‘Superstar Relationships’ - from building initial rapport to delivering presentations through to those inevitable challenging (or courageous conversations), face-to-face, in writing or on the phone.
You will have the opportunity to share experiences and reflect on the past six months while looking to achieve the following learning outcomes and skills development:
Colleague and customer expectations of how we communicate in this new business environment.
Introducing different ways to connect and influence colleagues and customers.
Understanding how often to communicate and when.
Asking the right questions - are you consulting with your team?
Building 'superstar relationships' - understanding the roles of empathy, respect and authenticity.
