The 360-degree reach of LEAN
In addition to reducing waste and improving processes, Augmentum360’s LEAN360 is also about building a culture that respects all employees and enables them to pursue opportunities to improve their work and share ideas for continuous improvement. This requires an understanding of a range of interdependent tools and behaviours.
CeeD in partnership with Augmentum360 Ltd and Fife College are delighted to invite you to join us for a workshop on Tuesday 10th March 2020 from 9:30am to 12:30pm at the Carnegie Conference Centre, Halbeath Road, Dunfermline KY11 8DY.
Augmentum360’s experienced consultants will provide valuable insight into their LEAN360 approach.
Just as Industry 4.0 utilises converging and enabling technologies, so LEAN360 can be viewed as an approach whereby well-established tools and technologies are blended to enable a focussed application for continuous improvement.
The session will highlight the importance of first attaining a shared understanding of the fundamentals of a given situation before attempting to apply a solution. The workshop is intended to be participative and will utilise real life scenarios supplied by the audience.
At the end of this workshop you will be ready to look at your organisation with a view to implementing LEAN360.
As places are limited, please register early.
