  • An overview of the new health and safety management system ISO 45001:2018.

  • Actions for your company.
  • ISO 45001:2018 in action – case study by LifeScan Scotland Ltd - David McIntosh, Environmental, Health & Safety Manager

Background: Published in March 2018, ISO 45001 replaces OHSAS 18001, companies registered to OHSAS 18001 will have 3 years to migrate to ISO 45001. We will discuss key changes from OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001 and for organisations who do not operate under an externally certified health and safety management system, benefits will be discussed to include: achieving your objectives for engagement, compliance; improved performance, competence and training, reducing business risk and positive PR/winning new business.

ISO 45001 follows the same high-level structure as the ISO 9001:2015 (quality management) and ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management) which brings a fantastic opportunity for integration with existing management systems.

This is a unique opportunity to hear and learn from an experienced management systems consultant. On completion of the session you will be more informed on ISO 45001; will have the opportunity to learn from and network with industry peers and will leave with an action plan for your business to work towards ISO 45001.

It would be good to see you there, so please register below
