Join us for a webinar, in partnership with UWS and West College Scotland, exploring the fully funded Graduate Apprenticeship (GA) BEng (Hons) Engineering, Design and Manufacturing, with a particular focus on the newly enhanced Electrical pathway.
Designed to help employers develop and retain engineering talent, this innovative work-based degree enables apprentices to remain in full-time employment while studying through a flexible block release delivery model. Apprentices apply their learning directly in the workplace, delivering immediate value to their organisation while working towards an honours degree.
The programme covers key industry-relevant areas including Electrical & Power Systems, Automation and Control, Digital Engineering & Data Analytics, Sustainability & Green Engineering, Engineering Design & Analysis, Manufacturing Systems, Project Management & Professional Practice, and Work-Based Learning.
From Years 3 and 4, apprentices choose a specialist pathway aligned to their role and career aspirations:

- Sustainability & Green Engineering
- Digital Engineering
The revised Electrical pathway has been developed with West College Scotland to support growing industry demand for engineers with expertise in electrical systems, power technologies, automation and emerging industrial technologies.
