Operational Resilience Under Attack: A Tabletop Exercise
CeeD in collaboration with our members, Shackleton Technologies and Partner&, invite you to hear more on Operational Resilience Under Attack: A Tabletop exercise on Wed 20th May’26 from 9:30am for registration & refreshments, starting at 10am & expected to finish around 12:15pm
Venue: Partners&, Gateway East, Unit A, upper floor, Gemini Crescent, Dundee Technology Park, Dundee, DD2 1SW.
How would your leadership team cope when nobody has the full picture?
This in‑person tabletop exercise places Scottish manufacturers in a fast‑moving ransomware scenario (MITM → ransomware), complete with real‑world pressures such as fraud risk, media scrutiny and production‑critical decisions. Participants will practise the decisions that matter most and leave with a clear set of practical improvements they can implement straight away.
Running the session between Shackleton Technologies & Partners& anchors the exercise in reality. Participants gain a clearer understanding of:
- How early actions (such as notification timing, use of panel IR, and evidence preservation) affect coverage, response speed, and outcomes
- The controls and behaviours that materially reduce fraud loss, business interruption, and reputational damage
- The importance of documented decision‑making and disciplined communications during an evolving incident
Places are limited to 30, so please register today
We look forward to you joining us on the 20th May
