- Managing Change – swimming in the shallow or deep end
- How to keep your learning alive
The session will be interactive, reflective and practical, giving you a deeper insight into your personal and work resilience by exploring 3 areas of our 6-part model. The session will use materials that are featured in our online eLearning platform.
About the trainer
Kate Flory is a Confidence and Mental Fitness Coach and Trainer, with over 23 years of coaching and L&D experience. She is passionate about inspiring personal change in individuals, teams and organisations. Kapow Coaching is an Associate model, working with a pool of certified Co-Active Coaches who together ‘inspire small radical change, one conversation at a time’.
