Join an exclusive round table discussion hosted by CeeD, in collaboration with the Manufacturing Skills Academy at NMIS and supported by CeeD member and past SMAS practitioner, Allan McLaughlan. Our belief is that many organisations continue to face challenges in equipping their teams with the necessary skills to achieve Operational Excellence. This is not limited to those directly responsible but extends to any team or team member within the organisation.
Event Details:
- Date: Thursday 1st May 2025
- Time: 9am for a 9.30am start, wrap up by approx. 12pm (there may be a short tour after)
- Location: National Manufacturing Institute Scotland (NMIS), 3 Netherton Square, PA3 2EF
Purpose of the Round Table: We aim to engage a selected group of CeeD members to explore and discuss the critical skills and capabilities needed to foster a culture of operational excellence. This facilitated forum will provide an opportunity for participants to:
- Share their respective challenges in an open and supportive environment.
- Contribute to the design and development of a meaningful learning program.
- Exchange knowledge and experiences with peers to build additional learning on the day.
Objectives:
- Understanding Critical Needs: Identify specific skills and capabilities required for operational excellence.
- Peer-to-Peer Sharing: Foster an environment of open dialogue to share challenges and opportunities.
- Future Forum/Network: Gauge interest in establishing a CeeD Operational Excellence network that will meet regularly to share best practices, processes, systems, leadership insights, and other relevant topics.
We believe your participation will be invaluable in shaping the future of operational excellence within our community. Your insights and experiences will help us create a robust learning program and a supportive network for continuous improvement.
