What’s the Roundtable About?
Flexible working and work-life balance are becoming crucial for all workers, including those in direct operations roles. This shift impacts engineering and manufacturing, where recruitment and retention are growing challenges. Many skilled workers are excluded from the labour market due to inflexible work conditions.
While remote work isn't feasible for direct production or site-based roles, flexibility can still be achieved through small adjustments to work schedules and practices. How can continuous production industries implement these practices?
We want to hear your experiences and challenges. Is your company exploring worker flexibility? Are your employees interested? This is a chance to share insights and learn from peers facing similar issues.
Why Join?
Your input will help shape best practices in our sector. Plus, you'll connect with industry leaders, discover innovative approaches, and gain valuable insights.
Please reply directly to David MacGregor if you want to attend the roundtable. We hope you’ll join us for this important discussion and please also highlight if you are keen on a short tour of the new Barclays campus.
