What Labour’s flexible working plans mean for employers

Join Flexibility Works as they discuss the detail of Labour’s plans and what it means for Scottish employers
November 12th, 2024 11:00 AM   through   12:00 PM

You probably saw Labour published its draft Employment Rights Bill last week, including a legal change to make flexible working the ‘default’, and introduce a ‘right to switch off’.

If you saw the headlines but would like more detail and context about what’s been proposed around flexible working and work life balance, and how this might impact employers like you, join this online event on Tuesday 12th November, from 11am to midday.

The expert panel will include Michael McLaughlin, employment law specialist and Partner at Shoosmiths, as well as a UK Government representative, and a forward-thinking employer, who will give their perspectives on what’s been announced and what employers should do next.

The panel will also answer your questions too.
