The evidence tells us that developing a mentally culture makes business sense. The financial benefits are proven, it keeps organisations legally on track and ethically, it’s the right thing to do.
The protection, promotion and support of our mental health and wellbeing at work is not a ‘nice to have,’ it’s integral to who we are, how we engage, innovate and deliver. To ignore its impact makes no sense.
At this interactive event, led by Headtorch, we will:
- Consider the balance between performance & stress levels
- Explore the impact & benefits of a mentally healthy culture
- Understand why a mentally healthy culture makes business sense
- Recognise Wellbeing to be a strategic priority
- Create a mentally healthy culture - the journey
- Reflect - what are your next steps?
Join us to develop understanding and share best practice, and leave energised and ready to put ideas into action for you, your teams and your organisation.
This session is primarily aimed at senior positions and those who can enact change in the business.
