Manufacturing brings a range of values to an economy and hence if an economy is to grow it needs a strong manufacturing sector. This in turn needs many aspects but one that is not often appreciated is the capability for businesses to learn from other businesses. With the added support of the academic sector, CEED has being facilitating such conversations for 10 years both in clinics and the incredibly successful Growth500 programme (https://ceed-scotland.com/clinics/growth500
) - a day a month for 8 months multi-topic business growth programme already delivered to 400 recipients.
Until fairly recently CEED was limited to the West of Scotland but following significant growth to over 250 members across 4 hubs in Scotland (Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee and Inverness) the opportunity for companies to share and grow has never been higher.
As CEED continues to grow it seeks further leadership and a role exists for an experienced individual to drive this growth. Skills in team leadership, public sector engagement, senior level interaction, marketing and sales as well as business systems are required.
Sound like you and feel you can support further growth drop a line to firstname.lastname@example.org and note your interest. A CV should be included. Not for you but passionate about manufacturing led growth or keen to hear more about CEED, like and share please. Closing 30th August.
