Sometimes, CeeD member employers are compelled to make positions redundant within their own organisations.
At the same time, many other CeeD member companies are looking for experienced people with technical skills and / or experience of working within manufacturing / engineering / science or technology sectors.
The obvious thing to do is to match those needs where possible.
The Employment Exchange does just that. There are 2 sections to The Employment Exchange. One for ‘at risk’ employees with CVs to promote and one for prospective employers with vacancies to promote.
