The workshop sets out to examine the ”end to end” process of Procurement and Supply Chain Management. To achieve this goal we have introduced 3 main themes; Preparation, Engagement, Delivery. Building on the collaborative theme, with a focus on teamwork, and identifying good practice we have developed a robust and sustainable level of interest for the benefit of all members. The growing importance to business, coupled with the complexities and risks associated with supply markets provides the backdrop for the need to have effective and efficient procurement and supply chain practices in place..
