Values are a key influence on why we do the work we do and how we go about doing it, yet they are something we often give little attention to on a day to day basis.
This HLP Dram is an opportunity to step back and explore the effect values have on motivation and fulfilment at work in a practical and relevant way.
We will use reflection and conversation to examine our own perspectives and how these interact with personal and organisational success.
This will link to some concepts on how we make decisions in our work and lives, with some consideration on developing process and skills for this.
The HLP Dram gives you a flavour of how the HLP works and our approach to leadership development that is relevant to Highland organisations. In keeping with our active and experiential approach please be prepared to be a little active and if the conditions allow, out of doors for some time.
The trainer will be Simon Coker accompanied by Natalie Perks - both from the Highland Leadership Project (HLP).
