How are you attracting new talent to your business? Do you have a plan for skill needs? What is the skill level of your existing workforce? Can we help you meet the skills demands for your industry? Graduate Level Apprenticeships provide a new way into degree-level study for individuals who are currently employed or who want to go straight into work. The University of Dundee are working in partnership with Skills Development Scotland who developed the frameworks with support from the European Social Fund.
The University of Dundee are proud to be launching four Graduate Level Apprenticeships this September - the courses include:
- IT Management for Business
- IT Software Development
- Engineering: Design & Manufacturing
- Civil Engineering
For employers, this means staff are developed to industry and professional standards with higher levels of academic learning and industry accreditation. Furthermore, the courses are designed around industry needs so what your staff are learning will contribute to the continued success of your business and be a source of attracting new talent as individuals look for alternative ways for career progression.
