170815 QHSE Integrated Management Systems and Business Improvement with Mabbett

This session will focus on management systems integration, with a slant on the updated standards and what this means for businesses. 

Geraldine Boylan, Director of Environment, Health & Safety at Mabbett Environmental Engineering will show how efficiencies can be made through systems integration, helping to avoid duplication and encouraging helpful cross-over between standards inside the business – and external audit days and disruption can be reduced through integrating management system certifications. 

From experience with developing and implementing management systems, the session will highlight these as a means to evidencing good business practices and encouraging high performance. In the second half Geraldine will be pleased to hear from businesses with specific challenges in a 'Hear From You' audience session aimed at aligning multiple management systems and how to tranistion to new standards.
