Please note that this session has been re-scheduled to Thursday 8th June, from the previous date of 23rd May.
We have all experienced challenges in our innovation journeys, whether that be in product, process or service level innovations. Our challenges may have lay in how we filter or validate ideas, how do we experiment and develop these ideas, how do we involve a wider audience, internally and externally, or simply how do we keep the rate of innovation going?
In order to help you address some of these challenges, we have been looking at how we can increase the impact of our activities through our Innovation Clinic. This led on to a dynamic and thought provoking dialogue with the team at Fearsome. The outcome of this discussion is this session, which in a departure from our usual clinic activities, is a full day interactive workshop, sharing learnings, case studies and interactive engagement exercises.
This session will take place on Thursday 8th May, hosted by Fearsome at The Whisky Bond, 2 Dawson Street, Glasgow, G4 9SS. This session will open for registrations at 9am, with a 9.30am start and a 4.30pm close.
Led by a team from Fearsome, this is the first in a series of workshops, designed to equip you with a framework and practical tools for effective innovation.
The workshop is a hands-on tour of the STRATEGISE process, used by Fearsome at the front end of their development projects in order to create the best possible footing. The team will be guiding us through a variety of tools for discovering the needs of a market and converting these findings into a strategy for marketable innovations.
