This Project Management Clinic sets out to share lessons learned on Leadership and Managing Risk within large scale projects by use of live case study examples.  This Clinic will also include a panel discussion to allow you to maximise the opportunity to ask questions and gain a deeper insight to the techniques and decision making processes empoyed on these projects.  The lessons learned demonstrated here are applicable to projects large and small.  This session will include a tour of the upgrade works on campus.

If this is of interest to you, join us on the 28th March at the University of Glasgow to hear about the latest thought leadership in project and risk management, and to get an insight into the application of these techniques with University of Glasgow on their large scale multi-disciplined campus upgrade project, and also from Babcock on a large scale time pressured rail infrastructure upgrade project.
