This visit offers a valuable opportunity to see operational excellence in action within a globally recognised spirits business. The session will include an overview of the site, insight into Bacardi’s OpEx journey, and a guided site tour. A key element of the day will be open discussion and feedback, giving attendees the chance to share observations and learn from one another.
