The Ayrshire based factory and their team have kindly offered to open their doors to other businesses as part of CeeD's ongoing Continuous Improvement series of workshops, in collaboration with Scottish Enterprise and Highlands and Islands Enterprise.
This will be a fantastic opportunity to hear from a long-standing and active member of the CeeD community on their own CI Journey as well as a facilitated Q&A and discussion around their LEAN journey, followed by a factory tour.
