We're excited to announce a new digital training programme in partnership with Skills Development Scotland. This FREE pilot consists of four workshops which are being delivered by TeamVine. In this module, you will gain key insights into how to identify small business errors to prevent major issues.

Watch this short video to learn more about how the programme works.

This will be an interactive online workshop using Teamvine’s new multiplayer software platform, where you can:

- Gain insights for implementing strategy within a team to drive success
- Generate practical debate between departments and stakeholders
- Prompt behavioural change through reflection rather than instruction
- Explore communication and the management of information

By mirroring real-life organisational problems, these digital games allow users to practise new behaviours and strategies for remote working in a controlled environment. Through reflection on their performance, they will discover insights that are transferable to their day-to-day roles in turn developing their Creativity, Problem-solving and Communication skills.
