In partnership with CeeD member MHA Henderson Loggie, Dundee we would like to invite you to our Re-evaluating goals and Re-engaging employees workshop webinar via Zoom on Tue 15th Sep from 10am to 11:30am
In this session you will hear from MHA Henderson Loggie’s Business Growth Solutions Team & HR Outsourcing Team on Re-evaluating goals, Re-engaging employees and leadership in the ‘new normal’. They will look at the three stages of crisis management including; emergency, regression and recovery. The teams will also discuss re-engaging teams post furlough and whilst social distancing measures are still in place and lastly they will look at changing team structures and evolving the way we work. The event will also feature a short breakout session providing you with the chance to network with other CeeD members.
Bios of the Business Growth Solutions Team & HR Outsourcing Team
Fiona Doctor is Head of HR Outsourcing for MHA Henderson Loggie, Fiona provides an outsourced HR function for small and medium sized businesses doing everything from contracts, policies and procedures through to disciplinaries, restructuring and redundancy advice. Fiona is also the firm’s HR Director.
Susan Godman is an accredited coach and facilitator in MHA Henderson Loggie’s Business Growth Solutions team. She is focused on developing the Business Leader Groups, which help business leaders and owners, including those in senior management positions and the next generation of business owners, to develop new strategies, learn new leadership skills, and solve challenges in a confidential learning environment
Jacqueline Watson is an accredited coach and facilitator in MHA Henderson Loggie’s Business Growth Solutions team, she specialises in strategy, problem solving, coaching and marketing. She works with small and medium sized businesses looking to grow and develop their business and take it to the next stage.
