Tools for Problem Solving and Innovation - Service Design Academy
CeeD in partnership with Service Design Academy invite you to our interactive workshop on Thursday 9th January 2020 from 9:30am for registration, starting at 10am to 12:30pm
Every organisation has problems but how they are approached will determine the speed and success of transformation.
The ability to innovate is at the top of most organisation’s list of priorities, but this doesn’t necessarily just mean pushing out new products.
Service design provides the tools and framework to support different groups from different perspectives to find solutions and create value. It creates improved customer focussed experience through user insight, research and design
Service Design Academy’s workshop will offer an energetic and interactive introduction to organisations looking to drive innovation and problem solving onto a whole different level.
Delegates will apply ideation tools to help solve problems and innovate within your organisation.
You will gain insight into the key tools and methods that are used in service design, which you can take straight back to the workplace to make change.
