We are delighted to announce this prestigious event in partnership with Fife Chamber of Commerce, the University of Dundee Graduate Apprenticeships programme and CeeD Scotland - a new Fife Learn Developing Talent Master Class, with Jim McColl OBE, whose experience of building and managing successful engineering and manufacturing businesses is second to none. 

Please come and join us on Wednesday 5th Jun’19 at Fife Cultural Trust, Iona House, John Smith Business Park, Grantsmuir Road, Kirkcaldy, KY2 6NA from 10:30am for registration, starting at 11am & closing by 12:45pm – this includes a networking lunch. 

On this occasion, there is a cost of £20 plus vat for CeeD members and tickets can be booked via the link below.

As Chairman and Chief Executive of Clyde Blowers Capital (CBC) he owns and provides strategic direction to eight companies operating worldwide within the oil & gas, renewables, power, water, mining & minerals and general industrial sectors.

From very humble beginnings as an apprentice at Weir Pumps in Glasgow, Jim McColl has risen to the very pinnacle of Scottish business and a key economic role in Scotland as a member of the Scottish Government’s Council of Economic Advisors.

The University of Dundee is one of the providers of a major new programme of Graduate Apprenticeships launched by Skills Development Scotland (SDS).    Graduate Apprenticeships are a new type of degree being offered by University of Dundee.  The combination of work-based learning and high-quality education allows both employers and students to benefit.
