Get a Grip on Your Business: An Introduction to EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System)

Is your leadership team completely aligned on where the business is going and how you are going to get there?

Many growing businesses have a strong vision and talented people but still experience familiar frustrations: constantly changing priorities, important issues going unresolved, a lack of accountability and plans that do not consistently translate into results.

Join Professional EOS Implementer and business leader Steve Ross for a practical introduction to the Entrepreneurial Operating System—a simple framework designed to help leadership teams build stronger, healthier and more effective businesses.

Drawing on his experience of implementing EOS within his own company before becoming an Implementer, Steve will explain how its practical tools can help businesses:

• Create a clear and shared vision
• Build greater structure and accountability
• Put the right people in the right roles
• Identify and resolve issues more effectively
• Improve focus, communication and leadership-team health
• Turn business plans into measurable results

This session is suitable for business owners, directors and senior leaders who want to regain control, strengthen their leadership team and move their organisation forward with greater clarity, focus and confidence.
