• Create a forum for Peer-to-Peer discussion and knowledge sharing by industry experts
• Understand your critical barriers and obstacles to the adoption and pursuit of Operational Excellence across businesses
• Assess the Need for an Enhanced & Co-Created Upskilling Programme
• Establish an Operational Excellence Network / Steering Group to help shape the future adoption of Operational Excellence
