Through 30 years of manufacturing Diabetes Test strips, the team in Inverness have continued to evolve how they manage their assets and will discuss everything from their maintenance strategies, inventory management, obsolescence management, asset replacement, continuous improvement and their talent pipeline through autonomous maintenance and apprentices.
