FCLabs are a wearable neurotech start-up based in Edinburgh. Their brainfit wearable tech platform allows anyone, anywhere to measure, manage and improve their brain fitness and performance as easily as their physical.

They are running a 6 month pre-launch trial completely free of charge, and are looking for suitable businesses to work with. 

The project builds on trials last year where they saw a strong correlation between brain fitness and both worker wellbeing and bottom line business KPIs.

They are looking for businesses from any sector who can:

1. Promote brainfit to their employees as a 100% funded wellbeing benefit (100% funded by us, rather than you!) Brainfit will provide all participants with real-time data and insights to help them better understand their brain fitness & performance, and on-demand support to build better brain and mental health, fitness, strength and resilience.
2. Work with us and participants to provide data on the KPIs that matter to you. Depending on the sector this could be one or more of absenteeism, presenteeism, productivity, recruitment/retention/churn, avoidable errors/mistakes and in higher risk use cases accidents/injuries/near-misses etc.

Participating employees can come from any role - desk based, on-site, mobile, WFH etc, and at every level, from C-Suite down.
