The University of Glasgow has recently become a sponsoring member of CeeD, the Centre for Engineering Education and Development (https://ceed-scotland.com/).
At its core, CeeD is a community of industry and academia, and is established to promote collaborative research and development, and to share expertise across the boundaries of academia and industry. There are many training and development, best practice sharing, and networking events and activities held throughout the year, and CeeD is well equipped to help form and sustain new academic-industry collaborations.
You are invited you to an information and ‘kick-off’ event at the ARC (Room 237C), University of Glasgow on Tuesday 7th May. The aim of the event is to showcase what CeeD can offer and how the University and CeeD can best work together to create and enhance academic-industry collaboration.
The tentative agenda is provided below:
This networking event is aimed primarily at the University of Glasgow academic community with alignment to the Manufacturing, Engineering, and Technology sectors but is also open to all within the wider CeeD membership and community.
Please register via this page now as spaces are limited.
Please get in touch with any queries, and we look forward to seeing you there.
Best wishes,
Andrew
