"Every experience changes your brain, and your brain changes every experience." - David Eagleman
Neuroscience for leaders is a field of study that explores how knowledge of the brain and its functions can be applied to leadership and management practices. It involves understanding how the brain processes information, makes decisions, and influences behaviour in order to enhance leadership skills and create more effective and productive work environments. By incorporating neuroscience principles into leadership strategies, leaders can gain insights into motivation, communication, decision-making, and team dynamics, ultimately leading to improved performance and organisational success.
This session will introduce you to your brain and how it affects our ability to lead.
This is an open event for both CeeD members and non-members, and this will also be part of our Sow the Seeds programme.
